Strike Martial Arts
Ōhen-ryU
The STRIKE system (Ohen-RYU) is an modern martial arts system that incorporates the traditional martial arts with modern self defense techniques. Ohen-Ryu roughly translates to “The Style of Adaptive Response.” Your circumstances changes your response. If you are defending yourself against a boxer your response should be different than if you are defending yourself against a taekwondo practitioner. Our bodies are also constantly evolving. Our ages, disabilities, and circumstances influences what techniques we can do effectively. Someone with a broken hand shouldn’t be punching and must adapt with kicks, elbows, ect
kick boxing
Our style uses the common punches and kicks that you would see in a kickboxing gym such has jabs, crosses, hooks, and overhands; as well as defensive movements such as slip, pulls, and bob and weaves.
Isshinryu Karate
